The Ottawa SWCD will be awarding Two (2) $500 scholarships to Ottawa County Students who are pursuing education beyond high school in an Agriculture or Natural Resource field.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Either a 2026 graduating senior or a graduate that attended an Ottawa County high school. 

• Enrolled for Fall 2026 as a full time student at a 2 or 4 year accredited college, technical school or university. 

• Pursuing a degree in agriculture, natural resources or a related field.

Conditions of Scholarship:

The Ottawa SWCD will award two (2) five hundred dollar ($500) college scholarships to Ottawa County graduating seniors for the 2025-2026 academic year, or a past graduate.  The scholarship award will be processed through the School’s scholarship office and will be available to the student in May 2026.

Dates:

Deadline to apply: March 27, 2026 @ 4pm

Scholarship recipient announced: April 27 - May 8, 2026
